Why do I need to audit?

You may need to have an external audit conducted as part of :
+ ASIC or other regulatory frameworks.
+ To meet government funding compliance.

What is the external examination audit deadline for solicitor trust accounts?

The external examination needs to be completed by 31 May.

To allow enough time to prepare the documents for submission, we encourage you to have everything prepared and submitted to us by at least one month prior to the above mentioned date.

What is the deadline for a real estate agent trust audit?

Consumer Affairs Victoria’s due date for lodgement is 30 September each year.

Can we insert a checklist here on what they need to provide us?

To allow enough time to prepare the documents for submission, we encourage you have everything prepared and submitted to us by x date.
